I'd be interested in knowing what instruments everyone plays? I play the keyboard, the hammerered dulcimer, plucked psaltery, various african and indian percussion and a few other really obscure instruments (thumb pianos and kazoos amoungst others).

The dulcimer is my favourite along with the keyboard, you can express so much with it and just whack everything on it, great fun!

Si

I first got to learn how to play violin when I was 9 years of age, and played that actively for 7 years. Then I thought that violin wasn't gonna get me 'score' any, and thus I picked a cool instrument to be able to score with da ladies a bit more. Oh and because it's a cool instrument which let you both sing and play chords, so I bought a guitar. These days I have a collection of different types of guitars, like a 12 string, country/western, semi acoustic, several accoustics and electrics. Oh and I did score, I married her 5 years ago ;).

I also play some piano, and have a WS2 keyboard, I sing (at least I try to) and have some other fun instruments like a jambay, shake eggs and a triangle :P

I still own my violin, which I inherited from my late grandmother, alongside with her alt-violin. Haven't played them for quite some years, but since they are 4 times my age, still conserving them in their cases. My wife also had a music background so we do record some stuff for in home use to please the parents and grandparents.

Fluid. You feel the music like no other.
Cool. You're the guy onstage who knows he's the shit.
Mellow. You're the foundation and you like to do a lot of counting.
Lame. You don't do a lot of moving. You're the one who like to let your friends do all the work.
Absolutely Wild. You go fucking crazy and you have a lot of energy.
Powerful. You do the most crowd-play and you like to get involved.
